TIMOTHY DUNN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Dunn graduated from Texas Tech University in 1978 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation, he was employed by Exxon Production Research Company from 1978 to 1980. From there, Mr. Dunn went to First City Bancorp, where he served from 1980 to 1987 in various capacities including Engineer and Manager of Oil & Gas Portfolios. In 1987, he left First City Bancorp to join Parker & Parsley Petroleum. From 1987 to 1995, he held multiple positions, including Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was a founding general partner of Parker & Parsley Development, which became Pioneer Natural Resources. In 1996 he joined with Bobby Floyd to co-found the predecessor entities to CrownQuest Operating, LLC where he currently serves as CEO. Mr. Dunn and his wife have six children and five grandchildren.

ROBERT W. (BOBBY) FLOYD, PRESIDENT

Mr. Floyd graduated from The University of Texas in 1983 with a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management. Upon graduation, he worked as a Landman for Sabine Corporation in its West Texas Division from 1983 to 1988. During that period, Mr. Floyd managed Sabine’s 4,000,000+ acre mineral and royalty portfolio.  In 1988 he formed R.W. Floyd Oil & Gas Properties to engage in the acquisition and exploration of minerals and royalties throughout the United States.  In 1996, he joined Tim Dunn and co-founded the predecessor entities for  CrownQuest Operating, LLC,  where he serves as President. Mr. Floyd is a current member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Permian Basin Landmens Association and IPAA.  He also founded or co-founded various entities engaged in the acquisition of minerals, royalties, and ranch land including Mallard Royalty Partners. Mr. Floyd and his wife have four children.

KEN BEATTIE, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Beattie graduated from Montana Tech in 1992 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. In 1993, he joined Meridian Oil, which later assumed the parent company name Burlington Resources (BR). From 1993 to 1999, he held various engineering roles at BR, including Reservoir Engineer for the Cedar Hills Field discovery, a billion barrel waterflood in western North Dakota, and Production Engineer for Madden Deep, a 3 TCF sour gas field in central Wyoming.  From 2000 to 2006, he held leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Unconventional Resources, and Gulf Coast Engineering. After ConocoPhillips (COP) acquired BR in 2006, he spent a year with COP as Business Development Manager, Mid-Continent. He left COP to join CrownQuest operating in 2007, where he has served as Vice President Operations and Engineering. Mr. Beattie is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is married and has four daughters.

CHARLES W. WETZEL, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Wetzel graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1975 with a BBA in Accounting and Economics. After graduation, he was employed as an Assistant Controller at Moran Energy, Inc. from 1975 to 1980. Mr. Wetzel then moved to Maynard Oil Company, where he served as the Controller, from 1980 to 1989. In 1989, he was employed by Adobe Resources Corporation as the Director of Internal Audit, a position he held until 1992. At that time, Mr. Wetzel moved to Pioneer Natural Resources, serving as their Director of Internal Audit until 1998. During this period of time, he also completed an Executive Education Program at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California. In 1999, Mr. Wetzel was employed by Equinox Oil Company/Alma Energy as their Chief Financial Officer. And from 2000 to 2002, he held the same position at United Paper, Inc. In 2003, Mr. Wetzel moved to CrownQuest Operating, LLC, where he now serves as Chief Financial Officer.

CURT F. KAMRADT, VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE & CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Mr. Kamradt has served as Vice President – Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CrownRock and affiliated entities since January 2012. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Kamradt was a financial and accounting consultant to the oil and gas industry. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Kamradt was Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Concho Resources Inc., Concho Equity Holdings Corp., Concho Oil & Gas Corp., and Concho Resources Inc. (a different entity than the one listed above). From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Kamradt was employed by Pioneer Natural Resources Company (formerly Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company) in a variety of capacities, including serving as its Treasurer. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Kamradt was employed by the accounting firms of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Grant Thornton. He is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

M. CRAIG CLARK, CPL, VICE PRESIDENT OF LAND

Mr. Clark is a 1984 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A in Petroleum Land Management. Upon graduation he worked as an Independent Landman in Oklahoma. In 1986 he relocated to Dallas where he worked as a landman for Hamon Operating Company before moving to Sabine Corporation. In 1989, Pacific Enterprises (Sabine’s successor) transferred Mr. Clark to Midland where he continued working as a landman in the Permian Basin. In 1991, he again went out on his own as an Independent Landman and began working for CrownQuest Operating, LLC shortly after its formation in 1996. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen where he served as President from 2007 to 2008. He is also a member of the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association, Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen and the IPAA. Mr. Clark is married and has two daughters.

LUKE DUNN, VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS

Mr. Dunn graduated from Texas Tech University in 2003 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. Upon graduation he worked for Occidental Petroleum as a production engineer. He left Occidental in 2006 to join CrownQuest where he has held several engineering & management positions. He has been a registered Profession Engineer with the state of Texas since 2011 and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1998. Mr. Dunn and his wife have 1 child.

LEE J. DUNN, VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Dunn joined CrownQuest in 2006, where he has served in acquisition, land and finance functions for CrownQuest and related entities prior to assuming his current role. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Dunn held several positions at Wells Fargo Bank, including Vice President of Oil & Gas Lending. Mr. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is a member of SPE. Mr. Dunn and his wife have 4 children.
